Jenny Watson is a Director focused on advising both public and private companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Jenny joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2014 and has over 10 years of experience across M&A, strategic advisory, and valuation. Her notable transactions include the sale of Senior Helpers to Advocate Aurora, the sale of HealthPRO Heritage to Wellspring Capital Management, the sale of Children’s Choice Pediatric Dental Care to Amulet Partners, divestiture of the dental business of Guardian Life Insurance of America to Western Dental, and the sale of SeraCare Life Sciences to LGC. In addition to representing sponsors and founders, her experience also includes public company advisory, corporate divestitures and fairness opinion valuation.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Jenny worked at Goldman Sachs in the healthcare group and at Soros Fund Management.
Education
Jenny earned a BA, cum laude and with departmental honors, in Economics from Wellesley College.
