Dave Mastrangelo

David Mastrangelo brings more than 20 years of technology capital markets experience having led a variety of equity product offerings for over 450 public and private companies. David joined KeyBanc Capital Markets in 2018 and brings nearly 30 years of leadership in the investment banking industry. After joining Kidder, Peabody & Co. in the high yield group in 1988, he migrated to Salomon Brothers, now Citigroup, in 1993 after business school. He became head of TMT Equity Capital Markets in 2000, a role he continued until 2010. In early 2011, David joined Jefferies & Company to build their technology ECM practice. Since joining KeyBanc Capital Markets he has led over 150 technology equity offerings.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
