On December 30, 2021, KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) successfully advised J5 Infrastructure Partners (“J5” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Ridgemont Equity Partners (“Ridgemont”) on its sale to Centerline Communications (“Centerline”), a portfolio company of Audax Group (“Audax”). J5 engaged KBCM as its Exclusive Sell-Side Advisor based on its industry-leading telecom services practice and proven M&A execution capabilities. KBCM acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to Centerline in its sale to Audax in August 2021.

On December 17, 2021, KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) successfully closed the syndication of $23.5 million Incremental Senior Secured Credit Facilities for ADB Companies, LLC (“ADB” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Warren Equity Partners (“WEP”). Proceeds from the facilities will be used to support ADB’s acquisition of Deerfield Construction Group, Inc., and pay transaction related fees and expenses. KBCM served as Left Lead Arranger, Sole Bookrunner, and Administrative Agent on the transaction.

ADB Companies, LLC is an industry leading, turnkey provider of end-to-end underground and aerial infrastructure services for telecommunication and power companies. Through its three business segments - Outside Plant Infrastructure, Wireless and Technology - the Company primarily designs, installs and maintains fiber optic cable networks, wireless cell towers, power lines and data hardware.

Founded in 2015 and based in Jacksonville Beach, FL, Warren Equity Partners is a private equity firm that invests in middle market, industrial and business services companies with an emphasis on companies providing solutions to maintain, operate and upgrade infrastructure and buildings. WEP’s typical approach is to establish strong partnerships with management teams and transform middle market companies through organic growth, as well as strategic add-on acquisitions.

On October 15th, KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) successfully closed the syndication of $46 Million Incremental Senior Secured Credit Facilities for Full Circle Fiber Operating LLC (“Full Circle Fiber” or the “Company”). The facilities are comprised of a $7.5 Million Incremental Revolving Credit Facility, a $6 Million Incremental Senior Secured Term Loan Facility and a $32.5 Million Delayed Draw Term Loan Facility. Proceeds from the facilities will be used to repay an outstanding debt obligation, provide dry-powder for pending acquisitions, support ongoing working capital needs and pay transaction related fees and expenses. KBCM served as Left Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner, and Administrative Agent on the transaction.

Full Circle Fiber is a full-service communications infrastructure services provider, focused on engineering, system buildout, installation, maintenance and repair in connection with the deployment, expansion, and upgrade of new and existing infrastructure. The Company (formerly known as Knight Broadband) was acquired by Mill Point Capital in April 2020 and became the platform investment for Full Circle Fiber and several subsequent acquisitions.

Mill Point Capital (the "Sponsor") is a New York-based middle market private equity firm. The Sponsor targets control investments in the middle market, with a focus on industrial and business services companies.

On August 10, 2021 KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) advised Aterian Investment Partners (“Aterian”) on the successful acquisition of Kane Communications, LLC (“the Company” or “Kane”) and the associated closing of a $52.5 Million Credit Facility for the acquisition of the Company. KBCM was selected to serve as Aterian’s Buy-Side and Debt Advisor based on its strong knowledge of Kane’s business and industry, and proven Merger & Acquisition and Leveraged Finance execution capabilities.
