Access Self-Service under Administration in KeyNavigator. During the enrollment process, your company will identify users to act as company administrators in Self-Service. Company administrator access can be viewed and managed under Company Self-Service Administrators on the homepage.

To modify a user's level of self-service access, click Edit. From here, access can be customized by function, whether the user should be a company administrator, an approver, or simply have view-only access for oversight or reporting.

The Company Profile section is where you can view company detail. You can also view and manage company contacts from here at any time. It's important to always keep company contacts up to date. They're the first person to receive important news and updates from KeyBank that may impact your company. In the Company Services section, you can view all active KeyNavigator services. From here, select a service to view detail and service setup.

If there are company preferences available for modification, you can update those from the Services Summary page. You can also review service setup details by user and account and select either to make modifications.

The Company Services section is also where you can access additional administration tools for services like Key Capture Remote Deposit. The Company Account section lists all the accounts that have been added to KeyNavigator for common services like wires, book transfer, information reporting, and more. Company administrators can add new KeyNavigator accounts, remove accounts, or select an account from the list to view more detail and update service setup.

From the KeyNavigator User section, company administrators can add new KeyNavigator users, view existing company users, and manage user entitlements. Select a name to see their user detail. On the User Detail page, you can view the user profile and edit the user information. In the User Security profile, you can reset the user's password or temporarily suspend KeyNavigator access. The User Services section conveniently shows you the user status across all of your company's services. You can select a service to review or modify the user's entitlements.

Money movement services can be high risk, which is why secondary authorization is so important. Edits to users or accounts that require secondary authorization can be reviewed and decisioned by approvers here in the Maintenance Queue. Company administrators can also review or revoke items that they've submitted themselves that are still pending approval.

Company Reports: you can view and export detailed history for research or audit purposes. Activity Reports include actions taken by any authorized user in KeyNavigator, like when a user approves a wire payment or views an account balance.

Maintenance Reports detail all edits made in Self-Service, like when a user is added or a transaction limit is increased.
